Yes. Every scheme on this page is a project we assessed, and every decision listed can be checked by searching the application reference on the council's public planning register. We only include schemes where the council has issued a positive decision.
Our reports belong to our clients, and many projects are commercially sensitive. We describe each scheme by town and development type only, and never publish client names or private home addresses. The decisions themselves are public.
We regularly assess residential schemes and conversions, Class MA prior approvals, bars and restaurants, leisure and sports uses including padel, commercial plant, air conditioning and heat pumps. If your project is different, send us the details and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
We respond to consultee comments and revise the report where needed as part of the service. The Musselburgh case study shows how a focused, point-by-point response can move an application forward.
Yes. We prepare noise and sound insulation reports to discharge planning conditions, as on the West End café and bar and the Moston condition discharge listed above.
